This document has been created in accordance with UK law and generally accepted practices for managing cryptoassets.
Website features are only available to registered users.
To register an account on NEXINCOME.COM, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
By registering on the NEXINCOME.COM website, you agree to and fully accept the following Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
NEXINCOME LTD reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the investor if they violate the terms, which includes acting to the detriment of NEXINCOME LTD. Acting to the detriment of the company includes all types of abuse, attempts to deceive, or spreading negative information to mislead current and future users.
2. Deposits
The investment made by a user on NEXINCOME.COM is a private agreement between the individual and NEXINCOME LTD.
By making a deposit, the user entrusts their digital funds to NEXINCOME LTD to manage them in their best interest for the income offered in the investment plan chosen by the user.
The minimum deposit amount is 10 dollars, and the investment plan offers a daily return of 10% for 12 calendar days.
The initial deposit amount is included in the daily earnings.
The daily profits earned through the investment plan will be credited to the user's account every 24 hours.
The amount of daily profit will be 10% of the deposit amount.
The users can estimate their profits through the profit calculator provided on the home page.
The user can use any payment system accepted by NEXINCOME.COM to make a deposit.
3. Withdrawals
Users can request a withdrawal as long as they have sufficient funds in their balance.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, seven days a week.
NEXINCOME LTD is not responsible for slow processing times caused by heavy network loads of the blockchain network for individual cryptocurrencies.
The company cannot reverse or cancel cryptocurrency transfers made to the wrong wallet address. Users are advised to double-check their wallet address before confirming their withdrawal request as funds sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
NEXINCOME LTD is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues with the blockchain serving individual cryptocurrencies.
4. User Account and Security
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of cheating the referral system and collecting commissions from their own deposits is strictly prohibited.
Any fraudulent attempt to create multiple accounts will result in the suspension of the user's account and the freezing of all funds in all linked accounts that were used to wrongly collect referral commissions.
Users are responsible for securing their account.
Users should use a strong password consisting of at least six characters, containing upper and lower case letters, numbers, or special characters. The password should be different from the one used for the email box associated with the NEXINCOME account.
Users should note that the company's support or administration never contacts users personally via Telegram accounts or other messengers. The only possible ways of contact are Live Chat on the website, Contact Form on the website, or E-Mail to support@NEXINCOME.COM.
NEXINCOME LTD never asks for payments to external crypto wallets and never promotes or recommends any other investment platforms, programs, bots, and apps.
5. Anti-Spam
Spam is defined as commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail that has not been requested by the recipient.
Spam is intrusive, often irrelevant or offensive, and wastes valuable resources.
